tank set-up

I'm using a 55 gallon natural set-up...it has two hoods with built in light fixtures. Since the cresties need to have ventilation I drilled rows of 1/4 inch holes across the top to simulate a screen top. I then run a small clip fan to air it out to prevent mold. I like the look of it better than a screen with a light sitting on top. It has a very nice contained clean look. Is anyone else doing anything like this? It seems to be working well.

An old PETCO display case. It is about 45gal. and I have the dividers in it, making three sections. One large section for breeding, one for my females when they are taking a break, and one for the male that is not breeding. The breeding part is naturalistic to make it more comfortable for them to breed and lay eggs in. The other two sections are just filled with fake plants for hiding and sleeping. I notice these cages give plenty of privacy because the sides are painted black and I have a black fabric back drop behind the cage.
