Here is her pictures of her starting to lay her eggs. She was 3900 grams and I count 12 eggs in her but will see if I was right. Enjoy the photos. Oh yea she is bred to a pastel male, I got my figers crossed she will produce some good looking pastel babies. Thanks David

Well I will try and answer all of the questions. She started laying on the 17th of Feb. at 12:30pm. That is one month to the day sooner than last year. Last year she laid on 3-17 and this year it was 2-17 I thought that was kinda weird. It was a small clutch of only 7 eggs last year and this year she had a huge 12 eggs clutch, I did save 1.2 babies from 2004. SHE LAID 12 EGGS, whooo hoooo, I just hope I get a few pastels but I am not looking for them. I hope you like the new picture. Thanks david

Cheaper by the dozen. Good luck with the odds. With a dozen eggs I'd say ya got a fair chance of gettin' some good'ns. Now get em in the incubator!!

If you hatch all 12 eggs and they are all fathered by the pastel then your odds of not getting any pastels are (0.5)^12 = 0.024% or about 99.976% chance that you will get at least one pastel.

I used 2 different pastel males on this female so I am hoping that I will get a few, But I am not counting on anything. Several things could go wrong. I just hope I get them to hatch. Thanks David
