how are you uploading your photos and how are you resizing them? do they show up as whole pictures as you upload them onto kingsnake. or is the problem before they even get uploaded?

my fiance says yes we recrop to the size ks says the photos have to be should we go smaller? Im not sure where the problem is it uploads them ok, i mean i can post them u just cant look at them in the gallery for some reason.

well, atleast in the photo editing program i use, if you say resize to 25%x25% the photo will automatically take just the top 1/4 of the pictures and delete the rest. see if there is a section for " stretch and skew" and try using that to shrink your photo down. also, save the photo before and after the adjustment and then look at it before you up load it. more than likely you're cutting the picture before it even makes it to the uploading feature on the site. if the photo is too large it will reject it and tell you it's too large. it won't just take part of it.

i think you're chopping the picture up before it even makes it to the kingsnake site. so when you're resizing/cropping your picture your cutting it up instead of just shrinking the photo.
