Size Aquarium Plus more Food Options

Hey everyone my hatchling commmon turtle is doing good eating his pellets and feeder guppies right now. he is in a 10 gallong aquarium with some rocks for basking. Im wondering what size aquarium to get him for now to last for about a few years. right now im debateing between a 55 gallon aquarium and a 75 gallon. if anyone can help me with what size to get and if anyone could offer me some more pet store foods to get for chomper that would be great thanks alot guys cya

Get the 75. I have a 55 gallon, and my common outgret it quickly. It was just too narrow for the turtle to be comfortable.

Cool I named my first snapper chomper too. I still have him today. As for tank Go for the 75 gallon. Unless you plan to build a pond for when he/she gets older. They grow fast. You should vary teh diet and not just feed it pellet food and guppies. Try crickets and worms and other stuff.
