Anyone got any info on keeping these? Anything would help. Also how difficult are they to keep compared to other lizards?

Yeepz.
I have such an animal

Here is how I keep it:

- Temp: 28 - 30 °C
- Bask: Max 40 °C
- Humidity: 75-90 %
- Night : 18-22 °C

I have 1 male in 80x70x50 (wxhxd).
A lot of branches for climbing are necessary.
The animal also needs a good hiding shelter (I use a hollow tree trunk).

The animal should be fed 85% vegetarian, 15% animal.
Mine seems to prefer animal matter like wax-larvae or morio.
However, you need to be strict and keep to the vegetarian diet.
