OK she has been like this for about a week now and hasn't eaten in about a month, she was bred to a pastel so I am hoping to see something come out of this. For anybody with a lot of experience with breeding balls, give me an idea what would be the best steps from here and is she gravid or is it ovulation? Also she hasn't shed in a while so should I expect her to before she lays.

She is building up for an ovulation. I would say in 1-2 weeks you should see her ovulate. It'll be hard to miss as she will be approximately twice her girth at the ovulation........however, it only lasts about 12-24 hours so it is possible to miss it. After she ovulates it'll be approximately 14 days until she sheds and then approximately another 28 days until she lays eggs. The rate at which she sheds and lays eggs depends on her temperature. Start getting your incubator ready.

YOu should get yourself some mighty fine looking babies from that clutch. I would say Ovulation, because you said she has not she in a while usually they will shed 25-30 days before they lay the eggs. But I think it is looking good for you. Thanks

Yeah she is different for sure, and it is amazing how fast she is getting fat. It seems like almost every day she is more thick than the last. She almost looks like somebody fed her too many rats and she can't even make a tight coil anymore. Also instead of being fat in just one spot like she ate, it is starting to become more spread out over her body. My incubator is ready to go, now If I could just get the rest of them to take her lead.
