Ok well i am going to be getting a baby burm soon since i sold my other one to afford an albino like i wanted...well anyway until then i thought i would start breeding mice just for the experince and to have some in handy for my burm before he came....So i go to the store and get 1 male and 2 females because i don't want to many babies....So i put them in a 15 gallon rubber maid with mouse bedding from petco dog food and a water bottle...now the one female was small and had a fat belly...the other was huge but not fat just like..a big mouse...But she used to be a mother because her nipples were enlarged and out so i thjink she just had a litter...So the next day the small female was gone...I can;t find her anywhere...I really hope she don;t have her babies in my basement ...But I set mouse traps everywhere i rather have her dead then have 50 mice in my basement lol...Any way now i have the male and big female and there in love...Sleep together eat together do everything together....The male don;t seem to interested in her though.... So my questions are this:

1. My tems are around 68 ...will they breed at this temp...
2. Will i get a fast breeding response and litters soon if its just 1 male and 1 female?
3. Does it take longer for a female to produce litters if shes only with 1 male?

ps: the female treats the male like one of her pups but i don;t think he is because he is pretty old i think like a couple of months....She even nestles him under her...Is this normal?

Thanks and sorry for so many questions and spelling errors my keyboad is a little messed up...
