Shed skin left behind on face?

I I forgot to saysomethign about this in my previous post about the new geckos I just bought.. but anyway the new leucistic I have has a very white patch on her face.. I was wondering if this some skin that didn't manage to come off from when he/she shed. If so how do I get it off?

try putting some water on it to moisten it up or something, maybe put her in a humid hide

Sometimes I get a washcloth and moitsten it with warm water. Some of my leos don't mind me gently rubbing their face with it. Or you could use a q-tip, moisten with water to help. Something like 'shed eze' might help, also.
