That has nothing to do with KS. It is your own setting. You probably deleted your history and/or cache thus rendering them all unread. I have done that a couple times and it really does s-ck! Don't worry, these threads move so quickly you'll be caught up in no time! LOL!
A note: depending on how computer savvy you are you might be able to find the page cached from an earlier date which will have most of your read/unread flagged, but if not...just accept it
