Hey,
I have been working with a few species of rear-fanged venomous for while now and I'm hoping after I get my all my monitor and python breeding cages built I'm going to have to smaller glass display cages so what I planned on doing is getting a few more rear fangs. ( I want another boomslang and some black mangroves) but anyways I was hoping to get into some smaller species of vipers, rattlesnakes and elapids.
For vipers and rattlesnakes I'm thinking about horned vipers, eyelash vipers, pygmy rattle snakes, rock rattlers and for sure a few copper heads. Yet I really don't know exactly what would be a good elapid to start with. I was thinking a texas coral snake,but really I don't know, because I've never worked with elapids, so since obviously you guys know best what do you think I should go with for my first elapid.
