what ind of topsoils do you guys use for the dirt/sand mix.( from lowes)

I am not sure of the name on the bag. The bag is either green or blue (can't remember which) and it costs a little over $4 for a 40lb bag. The bag says topsoil, not potting soil. You can always find a bag that is torn and make sure there are no white pellets mixed in.
I also get Quikrete Play Sand from the cement section of the store. The grains of sand are a lot smaller than the sand sold in the lawn and garden section.
If you use this mixture, make sure you get all the sand wet and then mix it with the moist dirt.
