since this is happening tonight. I just walked by and happened to see it. In the reflection you can actually see the egg, which I didn't notice until I was cropping the pic. While that makes me want to get a photo from a different angle to try and see more reflection, I guess there's been enough disturbance tonight.

He hatched out on Xmass day, after the cats had knocked the deli cup the egg was in down onto the floor a number of times. I didn't expect it to hatch, but kept on setting back on the same shelf meaning to dispose of it later. We call him the christmas miracle baby, and he certainly does show nice color right away.
