>>Has she eaten anything in the meantime? If she's only throwing up the shed, I would look at habitat issues, maybe a cleaning chemical or something that could be attaching to her skin and making her sick. If she hasn't been eating at all it may be time for a vet checkup though.

Yesterday I gave her some worms. She got 10 of them (because I give her food 2x a day, once before I go to bed at 10:30, she eats more at night, then again when I get up through the night at about 2 am).
She ate 3 of the 10 worms before shedding. She only puked up the shed. There's no chemical being used in her terrarium. I replace her substrate and the substrate in her humid hide every 2-4 days (humid hide is more like every 3 days). She's on paper towels. Bowel movements are normal and regular color, not runny the least bit and no different tinting. I sanatize my hands before I go near her using a reptile sanitizer.
I think she may have been choking on the shed.
