If used properly they are safe with frogs.

That is kind of a broad question. What would you like to know about these medications? Like the previous post said, they can be used on frogs, but they can also kill your frogs.
If you are a vet inquiring then go to www.vin.com. If not, then go to your veterinarian for information. (none of these drugs should be used haphazardly, and if your frogs are sick then a vet consultation should be used anyways)
