RETF ratios?

I would like some peoples opinions about this. I am planing on getting 4 RETFs. Would it be better to get 3 males and 1 female or 2 males and 2 females? I know you are supposed to get more males than females but does that come into play in a small colony like this? Thanks for your answers,
