Hey,
And you want to do this because? I've seen the results of what it is you're interested in, and I've got to say, that is one ugly looking snake (experiment), and really should not be worth the trouble unless you're really bored with the whole idea of bloods and balls, in which case you should probably take up a new hobby. Not to mention the ethical concerns. Herpetoculture is about maintaining a species, and keeping them locality specific whenever possible. Hybridization is far from being the worst thing in the hobby (that distinction would have to go to venemoids), I just don't think that I can agree with creating something that can't possibly occur in nature.

From what I have seen they look very nice to me, I like the looks of a blood and of the ball, and it all comes together in a pretty neat package, that is my opinion. I still cannot find a page that demonstrates how it is done.

There's not a lot of "how-to" info on hybridizing pythons out there. It's not easy - clutches often go bad or have low fertility to start with.

Start with learning how to successfully breed snakes first - learn the ins & outs of that & then go from there.

I happen to know a bit about blood balls. Right now, only two breeders have done it; Chris Jackson (First), and Steve Roussis(Second). Chris Jackson created his back in 2000 and , to my knowledge, has not updated the site. Steve Roussis created his in 2002, inspired by Chris Jackson.
However, Steve's cluch is different because the blood in this case has the marbled gene. Some of them had white side flecking because of it's Co-Dom nature. Steve's site also noted some "hybrid vigor." The "Super Balls",as he dubbed them, had a shorter sexual maturity rate
(maturity at eighteen months of age for both males and females.),Which is vastly different from balls (Males 18/females 3-4 years).
Also the "Super Balls" had superior appetites according to the site. As well as having both "balling up" and "burrowing" tentancies. But no new infomation has surfaced about the site's claim to have bred two of the sibings.
I, myself, am atemping to breed my female black blood with my male ball. So far, It's been slow go. But I'm doing it for fun. And hey, it could be fun being Third.

Right?
