gtp sick please help

skyballmarlin Feb 21, 2005 11:27 AM

i currently own two jayapura gtp's. just last night my male started acting funny, lying on the ground in his cage, uncoiled, kind of just lying there. this morning i saw him half coiled on one of the branches with the back 1/3 of his body just hanging there. i picked him up and it seems like that part of his body is just limp, he also seems very slow and looks sick to me. i have a vet i bring them to for checkups, but figured i would ask you guys before bringing him there. thanks in advance for any advice.

How long have you had these two jayas in your possession? and what is their source (honest source if you know of it). Answers to these two questions will shed light or at least narrow down some of the possibilities.
