It's amazing, really, how long it['s been. We've had standing's day geckos hatching like crazy, and other things...but it's not the same.
The last veileds I hatched were in the summer of 97. I can't believe it's been THAT long. Part of it's because of my wife. This past week was our 5 year mark - since we met. Time has FLOWN.
Looking into the closet, into the incubator box, and seeing one of the little suckers looking back at you. Neat. Brings back fond childhood memories, of the first time I saw the same thing. Iw as 15, I think, and my WC male had died recently after the eggs were laid. I HOPED they would hatch. When I saw the little guys in the incubator, I was SO excited. Now, I'm seeing the same thing, only right after I saw my wife give birth - makes me so happy.
