I just recently saw an advertisement for 100% het for piebald western hogs...I would like to know if anyone out there have ever seen or heard of this morph being available...if so do you have any pics or a website where I could see them?

I am my no means saying that there are not any pied hogs out there, but the only instance I know of pieds being available for sale was a scam. Lots of the big names bought in and got burned really bad on the "hets". That was quite awhile ago and I personally havn't heard anything about pieds since.

Infact, I own one of the original pied "hets" right now, and she's still one nice normal =)

Who had them for sale? It would be awesome if someone had some legit pied hogs.

I would rather not say who the person was that had them for sale only because of your responce about there being a scam some time ago. I will say that the advertisement was from last year breeding season. I did contact the person again and asked if they would have the hets available this breeding season and they said yes along w/ proving the genetics this season. I would imagine that if they prove out there will be no shortage of excitement for the newest morph of western hogs. I am looking forward to the answer and will post more info when the time comes.

I am not sure I follow you--are these morphs already out there? What do they look like? Where do you get them? What would be so bad about piebald?
