Yesterday morning I checked on one of my females and she was definately swollen I had to work a 13 hour shift so when I got home she was even more swollen about 2X here average girth. This morning I checked on here and she was back to normal and there was a small amount of fecal matter on the cold side. All day she has been laying on the hot side. I didnt see an ovulation as pronounced as some others I've seen but I was wondering if I might have missed the exaggerated part of the ovulation. Thanks for opinions.

Also she struck at me today for the first time since I've had her she has never shown aggression.

If she was truly swollen to 2x her normal girth, assuming you
haven't fed her in the last 2-3 weeks, I'd say that is
pretty 'pronounced'! Yes, that would be ovulation usually.
Look for her to go into a shed cycle within the next week or
two. After she sheds, you should expect eggs in 29-38 days
(usually around 31 or 32...).
