Yellowconda,
...As others have posted Ben is one of the good guys in this business. I have never bought from him but I do know him. What are you getting from him? Ben sells lots of animals, both captive born and wild caught. If you are getting wild caught BRBs maybe they will do fine and maybe they won't. If you are planning to breed it might take a couple years to get imports acclimated and cleaned up and then to put some weight on them so you can breed them. Some of my breeders are imports but none of them bred for me sooner than 18 months after I got them. Imported males are more likely to acclimate and get with the breeding program sooner than females. There are some really nice captive born 2004 BRBs for sale in the other boa classifieds and they may be ready to breed as quickly as you could get imported adults to breed and there would likely be less risk and expense along the way. If you are buying good captive born adults from Ben then I would say....go for it.

Thank you Jeff for your quick reply, I am hopefully getting a pair of 2004 CB BRB's from him. I have never ordered a herp online, but have had some problems with a local retailer with sick animals and just wanted to know how many people had gone through him. Thank you again, you have some wicked pictures!!! and snakes!
