how many juvies can go in a 10gallon?

sebastian924 Feb 21, 2005 04:52 PM

I've never had juvenile cresteds before so I'm seeking out as much help as possible. How many (I'm going to have 5) can I put in a 10 gallon (20x10x12) tank? Or is this not even an appropriate housing? Any tips on juvies welcome. Thanks in advance for all the help!

I personally use med. kritter keepers to house my juvies (one per container) so i guess you could house 2-3 per 10 gal. just keep an eye on all of them and make sure they all stay healthy.

Good luck,
Derek
