bearded dragon reverse macro shot tell me what you think

taken with the reverse macro technique
tell me what you think yea i know the dof isn't very good but these shots are mad hard to take lol

What setup are you using (camera, lens, reversing ring)? Reversing a lens requires you to work with a paper thin DOF. It's nearly impossible to get anything in sharp focus without using a tripod and focusing rail, but if you can do it well, this technique can produce amazing close-ups. Lens reversal is best used to photograph flat objects in a plane parallel to your lens glass.

i'm am using an old minolta x-700 this peticular shot was taking with a 50mm lens umm, not sure what i had the aperature or shutter speed set to but it was 400 speed film but yea i have no tripod or anythign

under reverse macro there are some other shots i've taken with this method they were all taken with either 50mm or 28mm
