How do i adjust the temp on the Hovabator thermal air flow???Urgent

Hi all on the model i got there is no screw on the wafer only a hole in the top of the unit which is the only possible way i can see of adjusting it but what do you use? I have not got a small enough screw driver for it!Thankyou, Gilbery007
