Hi guys,
My 11 month old male w. hog has been spending nearly all his time buried in his aspen for the past week or so. Usually he's out and about every day, climbing around. He has also been off feed for about a month, even though I have tried old ways that have gotten him to eat before. Does his hiding and lack of appetite mean he wants to brumate? (he's not due for a shed)
My temps are 85 on the hot side, about 75 on the cool side right now. If I let him brumate, I take it I just lower the temp a few degrees every day? How long should he be cooled for?
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
