Princess Buttercup

I just had to post a quick pic of this girl. I think lots of people would pass this animal by in favor of the red phase. I gotta tell you, in person she really gives the Bankas a run for their money. She is the color of butter and fades to gold/tan on her dorsal region. In person the yellow is much more pronounced. This girl is also incredibly tame. Just thought I'd drop you a picture of my very favorite girl.

I would agree... I have a brown blood that was given to me cause nobody would buy him. he is one of my favorites and a stud to boot I think would hook up with a paper towl tube if you gave him a chance.

I love your boy. It is a crying shame that people will pass up such a beautiful animal to by another because it is in fashion. That brings me to axanthic balls, albino bloods and a host of other designer morphs that in my personal opinion aren't any more attractive than the regular phase. Dont get me wrong they are pretty animals but I have some gorgeous snakes that I bought for under $100 AND they are great "pets". Seems silly to me. Now offer to sell me a T- blood female for $2000 and see how fast I jump on it! I'm such a hypocrit.

I have an orange male that I was hoping to breed with Buttercup this year, but it doesnt look like he'll be up to the task. He's been a slow grower. She is only a year older than him but 2 feet longer and nearly 15 lbs heavier. Might be just as well. My luck they'd throw these beautiful tangerine colored babies and not a sole on earth would want them. Thats OK by me but then I'd have to spring for a whole bunch of big new cages. If it aint one thing its another!

take care
Steve
