Just ordered some waxies....>>>

Cleopatra Jul 07, 2003 07:49 PM

I am kind of worried about my leo Beanie. She wouldn't eat last night or tonight and I am worried that she might still be gravid with a sixth clutch of eggs (I thought I could see some eggs developing in her tummy)....I know she is gonna be fine, even if she is gravid (she is 50-60 grams) but I get so worried about her. Her tail is thin compared to what I am used to seeing. So I just ordered some waxies for her from Wormman.com and I have a question. How long will it take for the waxies to get to me??? I live on the east coast if that helps. Thanks!!!

Hi Cleo, Do you think waxworms will stimulate eating?

My guy won't even look at the mealworms anymore, eating only a few crickets here and there. I've thought about getting some waxworms and giving that a try but i've read here that they are addictive and should he take a liking to them i'm concerned that he won't eat anything else. Granted my leo is not even half the weight of yours so its almost worth the risk just to get some weight on him. Do you think its worth a try?

I hope your leo is alright

Thanks,
Red
