Corey help me again. She is almost there.

I gave one of my girls a quick feel today and I felt seven VERY definate bumps in her. They feel about the size of a really large marble or just smaller than a golf ball. I put my male in with her yesterday to see if she was still interested and they were locked up all day, so I am assuming they are large folicles and she hasn't ovulated yet. But she is getting really fat. I am going crazy waiting for her to ovulate. Maybe I missed it? But she still wanted to breed? Anybody have a timeline I can go by to see how she is doing.

If she is still breeding she is definately not gravid. There is no guarentee that you'll get eggs from them breeding..........it's all upto the female! Most of my females ovulate the end of March and then all through April and May. Some of mine are already gravid but I'm running early again this year.

Good luck with your female(s).

I hope she decides to treat me good this year last year she dropped six so I hope she does this year too. She has been making a real mess in her box, I don't want to bother her so I just let it be. Here she is this morning. It is hard to get a good angle that shows how she really looks but I am sure you get the idea. When will I know she is going to drops eggs? I would hate to get all excited for nothing.
