Help with new pacman?

I recently bought a baby pacman, what is a good temperature to keep him at? and what do u suggest is a good substrate? i have him in gravel right now and i know that isnt ideal, but first i need to no what is best, thanks alot

i have repti-bark mixed with some bed-a-beast.and i keep my pac-man at room temperature
