mealworms and crickets?

are mealworms and crikets a good diet for my WTF?is there any thing else i should be feeding it?

dusted crickets are good. you can also try silkworms

I would say skip the mealworms, they have alot of chiten which is not digestable. Silkworms are good (if you have the patience)
Fullgrowns WTF are good on roaches (I think Orange winged), they really like the freshly molted white ones. Earthworms rock thier worlds (Don't catch your own, maybe be covered with pesticides, get from a petstore). I do occasionally feed my Fullgrowns pinkie mice, but it is VERY rare as they are really fattening. Same with Waxworms, FAT city (good for stressed and sick animals tho).
