i cant believe it, tonight is the night when the action just wouldnt stop.

heres pics of a hatchling less than an hour old, showing what looks like some red and purple colors. this is from an egg laid right before thanksgiving, if you remember, this is from the female that died 2 days after laying, on thanksgiving day. luckily now i have something more tangible that pictures to remember her by!

im pretty sure this is conception

this female only laid a single egg before she died. this was it from her.

wow, turns out when i woke up this morning that it seems as though he's already finished his first shed. awesome considering i had to help mine out a year ago. the down side: 1000 small crickets ate thru their container and have been spreading throughout the room all night lone. its gonna be a hell of a weekend.

Awsome gecko Mike, how many is that for you now? How many eggs are you incubating?

2 x u. phantasticus jan 20
2 x r. ciliatus jan 22
2 x r. ciliatus feb 6
2 x r. ciliatus feb 21
2 x u. henkeli feb 23

that makes 10, 11 counting the one that just hatched last night.
ill be adding 2 to that any day now from my phantasticus, as you can see in those pics i posted earlier. still trying to figure out for sure who was the father of this hatchling though, i cant get over the color it's showing!!!!!!

That one looks really healthy. And its been my experience that the faster they get rid of that first shed the better they do. Keep posting pics too, that new cam is great!
