What caused the scab in the first place? If this needs vet attention, the please do so. It's your snake you make the call.
Often in wounds that are not fully healed the scab won't come off in the first shed. If this is a small wound this should be fine. In a larger wound, see my first comment. For the next shed treat it as a rough shed and put the snake in a pillowcase with a moist towel and hopefully the scab will come off with the rest of the skin.
Twice daily application of hibitane ointment may also help prevent infection and keep the scab moist.
