Are the tubs with feet a problem when using in racks>>>

I went to target, Linens and things and BJ,s and could not find the proper size tub for juv balls. I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and found some rubbermaids 2ft.3in x 1ft4.3inx 6.4in which have little feet on the bottom but this is all I could find today so can I use these in a rack? I will use heat tape running down the back of the rack.
