Good Websites for a planted terrarium...

BlazedBetty Feb 26, 2005 02:30 PM

Does anyone know of any good websites for planted terrariums? I've seen tons, but I'm looking for ones more specifically for my Haitian to live in. The terrarium is 55/60 gallons, and I'd like to have a LITTLE "pond" in there with a waterfall and such, and I'm not sure how I would go about this with proper substrate. I think I'll just put somesort of a "pool" type thing in, instead of making the water part of the substrate (I hope this makes sense )

A lot of people who own aquatic turtles have plants both in the water and on land. Using rocks and sometimes large gravel is how they keep the substrate seperated from the water. Check out Happy Turtle's Public Forum and you may find exactly what you are looking for.
