Just saw an article about a Daisy pellet pistol that had a picture of the gun with a small rattlesnake draped over it-I couldn't quite tell what it was, but what are the chances it was a protected species of rattler? Maybe a complaint to the proper people is in order?

Not sure exactly whish issue, but it's the one currently on display at Wal-Mart with Smith&Wesson's new 1911 pistol on the cover.
