Intelligance?

00235020 Feb 26, 2005 07:59 PM

Hello all,

I have more recently purchased two baby gilas. I have noticed that they seem very inquisitive. Almost smart. Anyone else noticed this? They also seem to like to be handled? Not snappy at all! I do refrain from handling--trying to avoid stress. But they seem in like the attention? Just asking for thoughts...or similar experiences.

I have also noticed this kind of behavior with my leopard gecko...he will actually watch me while Im in my room..then go back to hide when I leave...

Just interesting...

Thanks

Chris

Hey Chris

I have 4 and they are all different. But for the most part, 3 of them are very aggressive and snappy. The fourth is a little more laid back. I try not to handle them but when cleaning & soaking, I use a heavy leather glove. I don't want to take any chances. Those jaws look pretty strong.
Good luck & be safe
Steve
