Cage Help>>

My cage for Freddy right now is 30 x 18 x 12 inches (L x W x H) and Freddy is 19 inches long. I may be wrong but I feel that this is very small for a beardie and wish to make a new one. The new one is going to be 36 x 24 x 24 (L x W x H). Is this still small? I may get a 2nd beardy and untill he is settled at my house I will keep him in a seperate tank cause all the ones that I know of are juvies.

It is good to keep your dragons in separate cages for life, they are not social and perfer to be alone. My adult dragon cage is 48x24x24 and I think that is a good size for a single adult.

I agree with dsgngrl. I have that exact size cage too (75 gallon), for my one 17in. male, and a 20L for my 12in. female. They are solitary reptiles, only want to be together to do the nasty .
