Mine just shed and her eyes have little dents in them. Her eyes aren't cloudy but I'm just wondering if I should worry that she might not have shed the eyecaps. Thanks.

I always check the sheds to make sure the eyecaps are shed.

Dents in the eye caps are pretty common in this species. I do not usually worry about them but they seem a little more common in dehydrated Rainbows. Did the snake shed in one piece? If not you may have a hydration/humidity problem. If you do have a complete shed skin look for eyecaps on the shed skin like Linda said.

I have the screen top 90% covered with a towel. any suggestions on how to keep the humidity up? It is a 48"x18"x24" acrylic terrarium. I own an ultrasound humiditfier; do you think I should put that in the cage?
Thanks.
Phiff,
...Try covering as much as 99% of the screen. Be careful this will trap heat in the cage along with the humidity. Humidifiers and sprayers and misters add water to the cage which is fine. But, it is much easier just to pour some water in on the substrate every couple of days or even once a week.

I posted this the other day, it's my setup (aquarium):
A center-hinged screen top - 90% of which is covered with plastic. A small under-tank heating pad (less than 1/4 of the floor)which the water bowl sits directly on top of.
Here's a pic, you can see the moisture.

Good question. They have it on rolls at a local hardware store (only $2 per yard), not sure what it's really used for though. It's not too thick, but thick enough to stay flat and be easily cleaned (although, with the humidity, I find that I need to replace the screen top every year or so, due to rust, so I replace the plastic as well). I used electrical tape attach it to the screen top rim. It really works well.
