iguana help

Hi im james i have a female iguana named lilly she is about 2 yrs old now my problem is lately she has got bigger, and she has looked bloated for the last 2 days and i think it looks like little lump on both sides of her stomach also she is staying in her basking zone with her face looking right at the light with her mouth open and it seems like she is breathing different rocking a little her temp is fine,clean enclosure, moist is 70% main diet of leafy greens and bell peppers and tomatoes all this has just started i am calling a vet but there is not one around close if anyone has any ideas with what could be wrong please help thank u . james

Possibly egg development (no male needed for infertile eggs), worms or other problems. What did the vet find?

I'd say yeah to the eggs. If you can gently rub where the "lumps" are you can tell. To be safe put a container of dirt in there so she can lay.
