That looks like a Red-Eared Slider, but you need to have a pic of the side of its head to be sure. Because some of the ither sliders look just liek that but without the red on the sides their heads.

its for sure a red eared hatchling.. they love to swim so make sure you give its lots of water it needs a rept. light and a baskin area..

Deffenitlly(spell?)a RES(red-eared slider). It needs a half land- half water set-up.
