can the new repticarpet from places like petco get caught on the geckos nail?

Never seen that happen, although since it is carpet I would imagine that there is that possibility . . . I've been using repticarpet with all my babies for a year or so and never seen that happen . . . been through lots of different babies at my store too . . .

some of my geckos had that problem also when the would attack there food sometimes they would get there teeth caught so i switched to tile. i also found that the carpet is a lot harder to clean and to me just a big mess. not telling you what to do but to me it is a waste. if yo do decide to go with it save a little bit and put it over the spot they use as there bathroom it makes it a little easier to clean.
