I've had my corn for a month now - and I've been noticing he/she has been taking the pinkies quicker and quicker. I feed twice a week (Thursday/Sunday) one pinkie. Should I up it to two pinkies a feeding on the same twice a week schedule?
Thanks

If you think your corn is ready for two pinks at one feeding try it. I had my one on three a week (two once and one later) before I moved him to fuzzies. Just adjust the feeding schedule so that you're not trying to feed him again too soon. Two pinks may last him from Sunday until Friday or even a full week. How long/old is your cornsnake? The general rule of thumb is that it needs to leave a slight bulge in your snake for a bit (I forget the number of recommended days). The worst that I've ever had happen is that my snake will ignore extra food if they don't want it. Just be careful you don't feed too much though because you don't want the corn to regurgitate the food. Ok...I'm done now

How about just feeding it once a week and feeding it larger meals. A corns doesnt need to eat twice a week if you are feeding the appropriate sized meal.
Baby corns will outgrow mice pinks very quickly, i would suggest getting it on rats or feeding larger mice
How big is the snake anyway?? got any pics of it
Heres my two cents worth. If your snake is gulping them down real quick you need to move up in size. I like to see a little struggle when eating. Not so much that you hurt the snake, just enough that the snake gets a little work out. Also like every snake is different, so are mice. Theres a big difference between a small pink and a large. There is a really big difference between a small adult and a retired breeder (jumbo). Try to hook up with a breeder at a show. My guy will bag up variuos sizes for me. See if he will sell you a bag with a combo of fuzzies and hoppers. It never hurts to ask. Call ahead before the show so he can have them ready ahead of time. A good mouse guy is really good to have.
