constipation help

Hey all,

I purchased a baby BCI a few weeks ago, and the little girl has yet to have a bowel movement. I'm a bit puzzled...never had this happen in all of my years of herping. She has eaten three hopper mice since I've had her. I know she has digested them because the bulges dissapear. I don't see any kind of lump or blockage near the cloaca either. She is calm and docile, but not in a sickly, listless way. She seems to be healthy in every way. Husbandry wise, I keep her on paper towels, with the heated end of the cage reaching 88-90, and the cooler end hitting 78-80. Today, I gave her a soak in some warm water for about half an hour. No poop yet. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas as to how I can relieve her?

Thanks
Sidney

Check about half way down the forum to a post that reads, Something to worry about.
Best wishes and good luck.
