Boas are addicting! This is one of the normals..man, I have a hard time saying that! Anyway, you can call them what you like, I call them gorgeous! These are showing the color change. They turned a blue gray color shortly after birth, and now they are turning reds and pinks everywhere! They are amazing. Andy

It's almost as if that purple stripe through the side is just a huge amount of red pigment that begins to disperse through the boa! Andy

Her eyes are actually gold to red at times, and her sides are incredible red. I can't imagine how red the babies are going to be from her. Thanks Andy AJF Reptiles

look burgandy in the pics. When you say "color changers", do you mean day to night, or with each shed? Whatever, they are beauties!

When the litter was born, the normals appeared to actually be like hypos, then they turned gray in a couple hours. I actually thought that I had about 26 Hypos at first but then had to seperate them as they changed colors...the final count of Salmons was 22 and 10 normals. They turned even more of a slate, or blue gray color...almost gun metal blue! Then after they shed, the gray started fading and pinks and reds seem to be taking over. It's as though they are metamorphisising right before my eyes. They have only shed once, but it may be each meal that causes more color...I really do not know. Thanks Andy
