you need to upload your pictures into the photo gallery. Then when you leave a post you can insert a picture by using the insert from photo gallery option at the bottom. You can also link your pictures here but Ive never done it so Im not sure how. Hope that helps. Oh, and try and resize the pics before you upload them. If you have Picture It or any photo editing programs just save it for the web.
