Young Jungles And Their Colors

Art MacAilin May 16, 2003 10:48 AM

I recently acquired an '02 Lempke line jungle. His colors are spectacular, but will they remain so? I've had my Irian Jayas for several months and already I'm noticing increased yellows and decreased black. Will my jungle's yellows and blacks become richer as he ages or do individual snakes' colors develop differently?

The wonderful thing about carpets is they are variable. To a certain degree every snake improves in color diffrently than all the others. But in general color in carpets improve with age. Becoming richer and more defined. if you want to get a general idea of what you little guys color will look like, look at his parents.

Congrats!!!...

...to watching him grow. Frankly, I've no expectations for him. And I don't mind not knowing what to expect. Can't help but be curious though... =o)
