Herping the Mojave in February

HighDesertHerper Mar 02, 2005 10:34 AM

So far this season has started out fairly well. Yielding a small Sidewinder and a few diverse types of lizards. Including Sideblotch lizards that start crawling as soon as the sun warms the ground. A Zebra-tailed Lizard which is more of a high temperature lizard, and as many Banded Geckos as there are rocks to find them under.
