YO Jaap! Here's your question about blaze Goini.....

Jeff Hardwick Mar 02, 2005 02:01 PM

Realistically, how many years can one expect the red colors to remain in a blistering red "blaze" Goini?
An international debate is raging and my stand is that eventually (4-7 years) you will have an essentially black and white snake.
Any adult "blaze" Goini pics out there you could share with our Euro friends??
Thanx very much! Jeff Hardwick

Based on what? This morph is just now going on 5 years old. Although I don't think they are as red as some normals I've seen, I seriously doubt they'll be black and white.

Here is a 5 year old animal of mine that is not a "Blaze". She is a normal high red animal and is holding the color pretty well. I doubt she'll turn white any time soon.

As i've said before Very Nice Snake...

now my question for you is:

do the offspring from that female turn out looking like her (with age)?

do you have any 2-3yr old holdbacks that you can display on the forum?

what does her mate look like?
