Check out this home-made 4'x4'x2' double cham cage set-up. My friend and i built it for his 1.1 Veileds. *theres a divider in the middle so they cant see or get at eachother. And it depends on the size of tank you've got for wut wattage of bulb to use, but the baskign spot needs to be 95-105 degrees.

that looks great but heres two more questions how do you feed crickets in all those leaves and what types of plants did you use
funnyman and i built the cage together. i have it and the chams at my house. for the feeding, you can see the cups twistie tied to the screen of the cage, and i just drop the crickets in the cups. as for the plants, the big one on the left is umbrella scheffelera and on the right there is a pothos (hanging) and another smaller scheffelera. now there is also a croton and another larger pothos on the right side too.

Would you be open to sharing the design of that cage? One day I will need to build my little guy a new cage, and that's one of the better ones I've seen... or maybe, if I get lazy, I could buy one off of you? LOL!

the phrasing of your question had me a bit worried... have you read care-sheets & such? Just knowing the correct wattage of bulbs and the fanciest set-up does not necessarily cover all the bases of cham care (as I have, and still am, finding out - I'm a relatively new cham owner... only had the little guy for 10 months). They involve a LOT of care and worry and consideration. Check out the care sheets/posts above & on other sites & try comming back with more (other than the set-up & lighting) specific questions.
good sites (other than KS) to look for info on are:
ChameleonJournals.com, ADCHAM.com, Chameleon Information Network, and you can find a number of others by searching for "Veiled Chameleon Care Sheet" on google or yahoo or some other search engine.

I'm in the desgin phase right now, but I'm going to build several all screen cages for my animals, then to sell at the Raleigh eptile show, along with my veileds. I hate selling them and watching people buy a cage that's going to be too small in 6 months, so I'll make them myself, and ensure they go to a good home.
I want to make sure they incorperate everything people want.
Current cages are all pretty similar, because they all use the same material. I want to make mine stand out.
For instance, would yourather have that small flip open access door on the bottom, or a full opening front door?
I would prefer the full sized door, so full length plants and branches can be palced / replaced without problem.
Woudl youprefer a totally sealed cage(screen on all 6 sides) , or simply a pvc bottom, or BOTH(Screen, PLUS pvc).
Would you prefer all screen, or would you like acrylic on the front instead of mesh?
I really appreciate your suggestions, just email me at pluto77189@yahoo.com if you have any.
Thanks,
Eric A
