Silkworms are a much healthier alternative to crickets. I plan to try them with my Crested as he seems to have lost interest in crickets and prefers his baby food mixture. He also gets waxworms on occasion so I'm hoping he'll go for the silkies. Fine with me as I hate dealing with crickets!
